Watch it

“Survivor: Nicaragua” (8 p.m., CBS). The six remaining survivors are reunited with loved ones.  And Dan’s family asks: “How in the world are you still here?!?”

“Top Chef All Stars” (10 p.m., Bravo). The chefstestants face a Quickfire relay race, then serve dishes in four top restaurants. And Jamie finds something to complain about (because she always does). I’m loving this season so far; after last week’s shocking elimination, it really is anybody’s game.

Do a little channel-surfing when the late-night shows come on, there are some good guests tonight: “Conan” (11 p.m., TBS) has Amy Adams and musical guests Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Fields, “The Daily Show” (11 p.m., Comedy Central) has Paul Rudd and “The Colbert Report” (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central) has the living superhero Laird Hamilton. (He’s Aquaman. Really.)

Record it

“Human Target” (8 p.m., Fox). The team takes on a client with amnesia, which makes it hard for him to remember who’s trying to kill him. And then something explodes.

“MythBusters” (9 p.m., Discovery). It’s sellout night, as the guys do a special episode dedicated to the upcoming “Green Hornet” movie, starring Seth Rogen. I guess they have to pay their bills somehow. I’m sure they’ll still make it fun, despite the endless product placement.

Giants vs. Phillies, NLCS Game 6 (7 p.m., CSN-BA). A replay of my favorite game of the postseason. To sum it up in five words: The Giants win the pennant. (!)

“Psych” (9 and 10 p.m., USA). Back-to-back episodes tonight. First, Shawn has a “Christmas Carol”/”It’s a Wonderful Life” dream after bungling a big case and wondering what it’d be like if he had never returned to Santa Barbara. Later, a polar bear is accused of killing a woman.

Skip it

“Hell’s Kitchen” (9 p.m., Fox). It’s the season finale of the culinary scream-fest. Man, Gordon Ramsay is so much better than this.
