Watch it

“Top Chef” (9 p.m., Bravo). Tonight it’s the (almost) always awesome Restaurant Wars between the final eight cheftestants. But first is a blindfolded relay race Quickfire. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former NY Times restaurant critic Frank Bruni are among the guest judges. If they can’t squeeze entertainment out of this, then the season is toast. Dry, burnt toast.

“Work of Art: The Next Great Artist” (10 p.m., Bravo). It’s the season finale, and it’s down to Miles, Abdi and Peregrine. I haven’t caught every episode, but the ones I’ve seen have been interesting. I’ll check it out to see who gets the big gallery exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum of Art.

Record it

“Man vs. Wild” (9 p.m., Discovery). I know I’ve said I’m sick of survival shows, but this one is still kinda fun at times. Tonight Bear has to escape an island off Papua New Guinea. Of course there are shark-infested waters and a dangerous cliff to scale.

“Psych” (10 p.m., USA). The guys infiltrate a drag-racing ring. Seems like it’d be better on a straightaway than a ring, but whatever.

“Man Shops Globe” (10 p.m., Sundance). Keith looks for iron art in Mexico. I hate shopping, but this is actually pretty interesting.

Skip it

“24 Hour Restaurant Battle” (10 p.m., Food Network). Lackluster as this season of “Top Chef” is, it’ll still be way better than this ripoff. God, they even ripped off the name from “Restaurant Wars,” but made it stupider. Might be interesting to watch the two and compare, though, to appreciate “Top Chef” all the more.
