Watch it

“Dinner With the Band” (7:30 p.m., IFC). With guests Au Revoir Simone, who’ll play some of their indie dream-pop.

“Wipeout” (8 p.m., ABC). More people go splat.

“Deadliest Catch” (9 p.m., Discovery). Phil’s sons watch over him at the hospital after his stroke.

“Memphis Beat” (10 p.m., TNT). I still haven’t watched this, but it’s time to check it out.

“Louie” (11 p.m., FX). Ricky Gervais guest-stars as Louie’s doctor. Hilarity ensues.

Record it

“Warehouse 13” (9 p.m., Syfy). Season premiere. The Secret Service agents are back in this “X-Files”-meets-“Indiana Jones” mystery series. It’s decent, disposable summer fun.

“Chopped” (10 p.m., Food Network). Triscuits and potato chips are among the ingredients.

World Cup

Uruguay vs. Netherlands (11:30 a.m., ESPN). It’s semifinals time, and Uruguay is the last hope for South America. I’m going with the Dutch though.

Skip it

“Rescue Me” (10 p.m., FX). Last week’s season premiere was so awful and disappointing that I’m done. Bye Tommy, you’re on your own.
