“American Idol” (8 p.m., Fox). A winner is named. That’ll take a good two minutes. The other two-plus hours is nothing but filler. And get this: The despite getting TWO HOURS, they’re still gonna run long. Seriously, it’s scheduled to run seven minutes past 10. Whaaaa?
