Watch it

NCAA Tournament (1:30 p.m., CBS). It’s down to the final eight. Butler-Kansas State tips off around 1:30 p.m., and West Virginia-Kentucky goes at 4:05 p.m.

There’s nothing on primetime tonight, so don’t even bother (unless you want a rerun of “Parenthood” — 8 p.m., NBC — or “Dancing With the Stars” — 8 p.m., ABC). But if you absolutely have to watch something tonight, I’d choose between the dueling James Bond marathons on G4 and BBC America.

G4 has “Live and Let Die” at 6 a.m., “The Man with the Golden Gun” at 8:30 a.m., “The Spy Who Loved Me” at 11:30 a.m., “GoldenEye” at 2:30 p.m., “Tomorrow Never Dies” at 5:30 p.m., and “The Spy Who Loved Me” again at 7:30 p.m.

BBC America goes old-school, with the three Sean Connery ones: “Diamonds Are Forever” at 5:30 p.m., “Goldfinger” at 8 p.m., and “From Russia With Love” at 11 p.m.

Bond fans will know to watch the first three on G4 (take a lunch break and go for a walk during “GoldenEye”), then switch to BBC America for the rest of the night.

In the mood for cheese?

“Dark Relic” (9 p.m., Syfy). Syfy is really making a name for itself with these weekly craptastic movies. This one’s about a knight who has to fight a demon who escaped from a relic brought back from the Holy Land. Kinda “Robin Hood” meets “Ghostbusters.”
