Watch it

NCAA Tournament (starting at 4 p.m., CBS). The Sweet 16 continues, with the mighty Gaels of St. Mary’s facing Baylor at 4:15 p.m. and Purdue against Duke at 6:45 p.m.

“Caprica” (9 p.m., Syfy). Ehhh, why not give it another chance? It’s the first part of the mid-season finale, as Daniel tries to flush Zoe out of the cylon.

Record it

“Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” (9 p.m., ABC). The British celebrity chef meets more opposition in his campaign to get Huntington, W. Va., to eat healthier. It’s preachy and cheesy, but it’s not like there’s a lot else on tonight. Last Sunday’s series “preview” will be rerun before this, at 8 p.m.

“Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars” (8 p.m., Disney). If you have kids, ehhh, why not? Harriet the Spy was kinda cool back in the day.

“Ricky Gervais Show” (9 p.m., HBO). More rantings and ravings. It’s funny, but it’s pretty disposable.

“Life and Times of Tim” (9:30 p.m., HBO). More awkwardness ensues. Again, funny, but it doesn’t kill me when I miss an episode.

“Spartacus: Blood and Sand” (10 p.m., Starz). The gladiators are given to a 15-year-old as a birthday present. Hmmm, not quite what I wanted when I was 15. Guess times have changed.

“Who Do You Think You Are?” (8 p.m., CBS). Outside of the Broderick family, who cares about Matthew Broderick’s ancestors?
