Watch it

“Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains” (8 p.m., CBS). Honestly, this will be much more dramatic than the Vancouver goings-on tonight. For nothing else, it’s worth watching for Boston Rob. Love him or hate him, last week’s insane all-out effort elevated him to Reality-Show Superman. Tonight, James, who had a verbal meltdown last week, gets into a more physical fracas.

“Burn Notice” (10 p.m., USA). As the season finale looms, Michael’s plan to stop freelance psychopath Gilroy starts to spin out of control.

“Colbert Report” (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central). More jingoistic hijinks on location from Vancouver. The guest schedule is, ah, “flexible.” Snowboarder Seth Wescott, who was supposed to appear yesterday, is scheduled for tonight, along with Shani Davis, who called Colbert “a jerk” not too long ago. Sounds like a fun time.

FYI, FX is showing a two-hour block of the always hilarious “Archer,” starting at 10 p.m., but they’re all reruns.

You don’t have to watch, really

Winter Olympics (8 p.m., NBC). I can’t ignore the reality that this is the night that will probably get the highest ratings, but personally, it’s more of a “skip it” night. The women’s figure skating finals will take up much of the primetime lineup. There likely won’t be much drama: South Korean Kim Yu-na has such a huge lead that she could pretty much fall on her head and still win the gold. There’s also men’s aerials freestyle skiing and Nordic combined.

Skip it

“Sarah Silverman Program” (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central). I know people who love it, so I tried to give it another chance. But I can’t last more than about five minutes. I like Silverman in theory, but her reality is just too annoying.

Daytime Olympic lineup

NBC: 3-5 p.m. — Women’s Cross Country-4x5km Relay Gold Medal Final; Ladies Figure Skating-Gold Medal Final Preview.

USA: 9 a.m.-noon — Women’s Curling-Semifinal.

MSNBC: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. — Women’s Ice Hockey-Bronze Medal Game.
3-6 p.m. — Women’s Ice Hockey-Gold Medal Final, USA vs. Canada. Finally, the one women’s hockey game worth watching, between the only teams who are good. And hey, it’s even live on the West Coast! What a concept!

CNBC: 2-5 p.m. — Men’s Curling-Semifinal.
