Watch it

Winter Olympics (8 p.m., NBC). Ice dancing finals, men’s aerials freestyle skiing and ski jumping. Meh. Maybe this is the night to take a little break.

“Damages” (10 p.m., FX). Patty Hewes and the D.A. battle over interviewing Danielle. And Joe foils his father’s suicide plan. (Well, not the suicide part, just the exposing the money part.)

Record it

“24” (9 p.m., Fox). Eh, why not? Count on evil conspiracies, tense standoffs and Jack Bauer screaming at someone.

“Life Unexpected” (9 p.m., The CW). Cate if forced to invite Baze onto her radio show and air their dirty laundry. And then sappy things happen.

“Diners, Drive-ins & Dives” (10 p.m., Food Network). Guy heads to San Jose’s Naglee Park Garage for some burgers and fries.

“Men of a Certain Age” (10 p.m., TNT). The season finale of the best show you probably haven’t watched, as Joe’s financial problems, Terry’s acting malaise and Owen’s daddy issues all reach a crescendo.

Skip it

“The Bachelor: The Women Tell All” (8 p.m., ABC). A filler show before the finale, with outtakes and cat fights from the 15 spurned bachelorettes.
