Watch it

“Chuck” (8 p.m., NBC). Hooo boy, so much going on. Superman pairs Chuck up with Hannah for a mission, but he may have an ulterior motive: to get cozy with Sarah. Meanwhile, Chuck’s sister Ellie is suspicious and starts snooping; between her and the Nerd Herd stalkers, Chuck’s big secret is under assault.

“Life Unexpected” (9 p.m., The CW). Lux gets suspended and Cate’s meddling just makes things worse. But I’ll bet they feel closer at the end. Awwww.

“Damages” (10 p.m., FX). Now that Joe’s run over a key witness who could ruin his family, he faces a bit of a pickle since she wasn’t courteous enough to die. Oopsie.

Record it

“How I Met Your Mother” (8 p.m., CBS). Lily and Marshall try to set up Ted with a date for Valentine’s Day. And Robin’s obnoxious co-worker/future husband invites her to a party. And for some reason, Jim Nantz is still doing play-by-play for Barney’s sexcapades.

“No Reservations” (8 p.m., Travel Channel). Tony visits New York’s Hudson Valley. Mehh. It’s not exactly Marrakesh on the scale of exotic locales. On the other hand, he hangs out with Bill Murray for a day, so that should be cool.

“Samantha Brown’s Vancouver” (9 p.m., Travel Channel). She’s annoying, but this look at how Vancouver has transformed itself in preparation for the Winter Olympics might be interesting. It’s a super cool city and at least it’ll be scenic.

Skip it

“The Bachelor” (8 p.m., ABC). Jake visits the four remaining bachelorettes’ families, and one drops a big bombshell on him before the rose ceremony. Ahhh, it’s such a realistic, fairy tale romance.

“Heroes” (9 p.m., NBC). It’s the season finale. Did anyone out there watch a single episode this season? I didn’t think so. Time to pull the plug on this one.

“The Buried Life” (10 p.m., MTV). The guys go to Memphis hoping to get the chance to deliver some random baby. Whaaaaaat?
