“Lost” (9 p.m., ABC). Season premiere. What more needs to be said? You’re either on board or you’re not. I’m on for the whole ride. Oh, I saw the first four minutes and I can safely tell you that it reveals . . . . nothing. Though it suggests that time reboots after the island blows up. We shall see. This is a two-hour episode, and there’s a recap show at 8, so you can make a night of it. Personally, I don’t like recap shows, but I know some “Lost” fans like to obsess over each moment as much as possible.
“The Colbert Report” (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central). Disgraced NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer is the guest. That should be interesting.

“White Collar” (10 p.m., USA). Peter and Neal take on a human organ-harvesting ring. Yummers.
“Howe & Howe Tech” (10 p.m., Discovery). The guys work on a personal amphibious assault vehicle. For when you want to storm the beaches of Normandy all by yourself.

“The Michael Vick Project” (10 p.m., BET). Series premiere. A new reality series that follows Michael Vick’s efforts to rehabilitate his image since his conviction on dogfighting charges. I’m not even a huge dog fan, but even I say screw him and his image, and anything associated with him.
