There are a few more finales this week, and a couple of reality show returns.

MONDAY

Probably the  most notable finale of the week: After eight seasons, “House” concludes with a one-hour retrospective followed at 9 p.m. by the series finale, with House facing six months in jail while his best (only?) friend, Wilson, will likely be dead from cancer in five.

TUESDAY

After performances on Monday, a winner is announced Tuesday on “Dancing with the Stars” (8 p.m., ABC)

On “Glee” (8 p.m., Fox), Rachel, Finn and friends will graduate in the season finale. Will Puck be among them? And will Rachel finally attain her lifelong dream of attending NYADA? We’ll find out tonight.

WEDNESDAY

The winner of  Season 11 of “American Idol” (8 p.m., Fox) is crowned. (Performances, of course, air Tuesday.) For more on all things “Idol,” go to idol.blogs.pressdemocrat.com

On ABC, it’s also a night of finales: Comedies “The Middle” (8 p.m.), “Modern Family” 9 p.m., and “Don’t Trust the B— in Apartment 23” all come to a close. And all Emily’s machinations have been leading to this as “Revenge” wraps up (10 p.m.).

“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (10 p.m., NBC) also ends its season.

THURSDAY

Because “American Idol” and “The Voice” just wrapped up, ABC thinks we need another singing competition. This one, “Duets” (8 p.m.) pairs contestants with singing pros, including Kelly Clarkson, who has appeared as both a season one winner on “Idol” and a mentor on “The Voice.”

Not into singing? There’s also dancing, as “So You Think You Can Dance” (8 p.m., Fox) begins Season 9.

Also tonight, “Awake” (10 p.m., NBC) airs its final episode. Ever. Too bad. But it will be even worse if there’s not some sort of closure.
