Watch it

“Top Gear” (8 p.m., BBC America). It’s a rerun from 2005, but who cares, it’s not like there’s anything else on. Tonight the guys take three convertibles out for a spin in Iceland. Should be fun. (Actually, I’ve driven around Iceland, and the roads are so empty it’s like your own personal test course. Nice scenery too.)

White Collar (10 p.m., USA). The guys try to track down some smuggled Iraqi artifacts. This is a pretty entertaining series,  with breezy banter and fun con-man-type capers. Definitely worth a look if you’re home and bored.

Record it

“Man vs. Food” (9 p.m., Travel Channel). In a rerun, Adam takes on a 190-pound hamburger in Detroit. Wait, 190?!? Is that a typo?

Game of the night

Lakers at Nuggets (7:30 p.m., ESPN). Two of the Western Conferences top teams square off. L.A. is playing on the road and on consecutive nights, so I’m calling a Denver victory in a high-scoring game.

Skip it

“Ancients Behaving Badly: Attila the Hun” (9 p.m., History Channel). Typically I’d be all over a profile of this bad mofo who terrorized the Roman Empire. But the History Channel has taken a nosedive since it decided to make over most of their series to resemble the visual spectacle of “300.” It’s just too cheesy.
