Just a heads-up to all six of my loyal readers (you know who you are), the ol’ Warm Glow is taking a week or so off. I’m heading to Paris next week on a fact-finding mission to see how well “South Park” translates, and this week I’m swamped with post-flu/pre-vacation stuff. Don’t worry, I’ll be back in time for the “Mad Men” season finale.

Oh, and if you have DirecTV, definitely watch the new season of “Friday Night Lights” that starts tonight. Outside of “Mad Men,” it’s the best show on TV. Just don’t give away any spoilers – like most of you, I have to wait until next summer for NBC to run it.
