Turns out the season (series?) finale of “Better Off Ted” was last night. I just found out now. Thanks for the heads-up, ABC.

Hey, you know a great way to get ratings for a show that desperately needs viewers to stay alive? Move it to a different night and don’t tell anyone. And run it against “American Idol.”

Idiotic programming like this is exactly what makes network TV so frustrating. No respect for loyal viewers, no respect for quality shows.

It’s becoming pretty obvious that ABC has no intention of renewing “Ted.” Simply put, it was just too smart a comedy for them. But hey, “According to Jim” is back!

Ugh.
