“Third Reich: The Rise” (9 p.m., History). WWII highlights are back! It’s just like the old days on History Channel!

“Late Show with David Letterman” (11:35 p.m., CBS). Paul Rudd is a guest. “SNL” notwithstanding, he’s never not funny.

“Daily Show” (11 p.m., Comedy Central). Ricky Gervais is the guest. Like Rudd, he’s never not funny.
