“Beyond Survival with Les Stroud” (10 p.m., Discovery). Les ventures into remote Papua New Guinea to take part in a ceremony to raise the dead. That doesn’t seem like a good idea, but . . . .

“30 for 30” (10 p.m., ESPN2). “Unmatched” originally aired Tuesday, but got lost in the shuffle of a busy TV night. It’s re-airing tonight, and tells the story of the remarkable rivalry and friendship between tennis icons Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova. It got really good reviews.

Cal vs. Nevada (7 p.m., ESPN2). The Bears head to Reno for a nationally-televised game. And the Wolfpack should be a little tougher competition than they’ve faced so far this year.
