“Top Chef” (9 p.m., Bravo). First up is a Quickfire challenge with Maryland blue crab. Here’s one the DC-area had better do well at. Then the cheftestants head to a Virginia farm to serve up some fresh ingredients. Hopefully this episode will be about 100 times better than last week’s mess.

“Work of Art: The Next Great Artist” (10 p.m., Bravo). The artists work together to create a giant outdoor installation. And somehow Jaclyn will find a way to get naked.

“Hot in Cleveland” (10 p.m., TV Land). The only way Betty White could lose her buzz: Star on a really lame sitcom. Done and done.
