Watch it

“Dhani Tackles the Globe” (8 p.m., Travel). Dhani goes to Mexico to try out lucha libre — Mexican pro wrestling.

“For Neda” (9 p.m., HBO). A documentary about the brutal crackdown in Iran last year, focusing on the Iranian woman who became the face of the protests when she was killed on camera. Should be powerful stuff.

“Warren the Ape” (10:30 p.m. MTV). Series premiere. A new spinoff from the late, great “Greg the Bunny,” starring foulmouthed D-list celebrity puppet Warren “the Ape” Demontague. Likely to be extremely raunchy and stupid, and quite possibly very funny.

Record it

“The Bachelorette” (8 p.m., ABC). Best enjoyed with alcohol and a sense of snark, it’s so bad it’s off the charts in terms of unintentional comedy. Your mission tonight: Marvel at how awkward Jonathan can be. Ooooh, and this is the episode where they insinuate the funny-voiced guy is a suicidal stalker.

“Last Comic Standing” (9 p.m., NBC). I actually heard from a trusted source that last week’s premiere wasn’t bad, and actually funny at times. Could this be? Might be worth a look.

“Top Gear” (9 p.m., BBC America). Jay Leno tests the track in a reasonably priced car. But the big question is, after taking part in this always-awesome segment, how did he botch it so completely on his own show?

“The Hard Times of RJ Berger” (10 p.m., MTV). Sure, the premiere was trying too hard to be raunchy, but I’ll give it another try. I think it has potential. Tonight RJ runs against his nemesis in the school election.

World Cup

Denmark vs. Netherlands (4:30 a.m., ESPN). The Dutch have an explosive offense and are fun to watch. The Danes have a tough D. Something’s gotta give.

Cameroon vs. Japan (7 a.m., ESPN). The Indomitable Lions should roll.

Italy vs. Paraguay (11:30 a.m., ESPN). And so will the Azzurri.

New Zealand vs. Slovakia (4:30 a.m. Monday, ESPN). Sleep in instead.

Skip it

“Good Guys” (9 p.m., Fox). It’s not good.
