Watch it

“Lost” (9 p.m., ABC). It’s a Sawyer-centric episode, as UnLocke sends James on a mission. Hmmm, maybe he’ll infiltrate Ilana and Jack’s group of Jacobites. And we’d better learn more about Widmore and his sub.

“Justified” (10 p.m., FX). Series premiere. Marshal Raylan Givens returns to his rural hometown to lay down his own kind of law. And take care of some white supremacist bank robbers (led by “The Shield’s” Walton Goggins) in the process.

Record it

“Parenthood” (10 p.m., NBC). It’s good, but depressing. Case in point: Tonight Adam and Kristina consider their options after newly diagnosed Aspberger’s sufferer Max is expelled and Julia worries that she’s missing out on quality time with her daughter.

“Southland” (10 p.m., TNT). Ben goes on his first solo patrol and has to track down a missing girl. You know, this is a good show, as far as most cop shows go. But after watching “The Shield” and “The Wire,” I just can’t watch merely a “good” cop show. I’ve been spoiled.

Skip it

“FlashForward: What Did You See?” (10 p.m., ABC). A recap of the fall episodes. But you don’t need to watch it because you’re not enough of a sap to start watching it again, are you? ARE YOU?
