SUNDAY HBO brings back  “Girls” (9 p.m., HBO) and “Enlightened” (9:30 p.m., HBO) for their second seasons. Will the critically acclaimed “Girls” be able to hold on to its buzz? Dive into midseason

It’s midseason, so that means the networks have to plug some holes created by shows old (goodbye, “Gossip Girl” and “Private Practice”) and new (so long, “Made in Jersey” and “Animal Practice”). Of course, there are the obligatory cop and doctor shows, as well as new dating and food competitions (because TV is lacking in those?). What’s ahead for CW, ABC and CBS?

This week, the CW, ABC and CBS announced their fall lineups. A quick looks and what’s coming…and what’s going.
