SUNDAY New series “Crossing Lines” (9 p.m., NBC)  stars William Fichtner as a former police officer who joins in the global search for a serial killer. “Mad Men” (9 p.m., AMC) ends for the season. Lifetime brings back “Drop Dead Diva” (9 p.m.), before premiering new series “Devious Maids.” (Title kinda says it all.) What’s on this summer?

What I’m most looking forward to as the summer season kicks in to high gear:  “Breaking Bad” and “Burn Notice” start their final seasons, “True Blood” returns, and the Stephen King miniseries “Under the Dome” premieres. Also, on USA, fans get to see what happens after The Kiss on both “Covert Affairs” and “Suits.” There is also the chance to watch the final episodes of several canceled shows as the networks burn off episodes before starting fresh in fall. Watch this (week of Feb. 3)

There’s something going on this weekend, specifically today. Let’s see, what was it again? … Ah, yes: The Super Bowl. On Sunday, you might as well just give in and watch, or clean out your DVR. (Also a great day to go shopping… no crowds.) But here’s what’s on the rest of the week MONDAY “Rules of Engagement” (8:30 p.m., CBS) is back for its seventh (!) season. Dive into midseason

It’s midseason, so that means the networks have to plug some holes created by shows old (goodbye, “Gossip Girl” and “Private Practice”) and new (so long, “Made in Jersey” and “Animal Practice”). Of course, there are the obligatory cop and doctor shows, as well as new dating and food competitions (because TV is lacking in those?).
