Also tonight, “The Celebrity Apprentice” (9 p.m., NBC) winner will be chosen. ( would’ve put “Winner” in quotes, but since they’re playing for charity…)

Norman takes Emma to the dance on the season-ender of “Bates Motel” (10 p.m., A&E) .

The royals are in town on the season finale of “Grimm” (10 p.m., NBC), which can’t be good for Nick.

THURSDAY

New comedy “Save Me” (8 p.m., NBC) stars Anne Heche as a woman who becomes a prophet after a near-death experience.

Here’s a look at what NBC and Fox have planned for next season as upfront week kicks off:

NBC

The struggling NBC is hoping to lure viewers back in with a slate of new shows.

For fall: James Spader-helmed thriller “Blacklist,” “Ironside,” and “Dracula,” and comedies “Welcome to the Family,” “Sean Saves the World” (starring Sean Hayes), “The Michael J. Fox Show” (bet you can guess who stars in that one).

For midseason: “About a Boy” (based on the best-selling book), “The Family Guide,” “Crossbones,” “Chicago PD,” “The Night Shift,” “Undateable,” “American Dream Builders,” “Believe” (a new drama by J.J. Abrams and Alfonso Cuaron) and “Crisis.”

To make room for these new shows, the network axed a bunch of shows, including newsmagazine “Rock Center” and Matthew Perry comedy “Go On,” as well as “1600 Penn”, “Deception,” “Guys With Kids”, “The New Normal”, “Smash”, “Up All Night” and “Whitney.”

The fates of “Hannibal” and “Celebrity Apprentice” are still up in the air.

FOX

New shows include J.J. Abrams’ futuristic drama “Almost Human,” thriller “Sleepy Hollow,” Seth MacFarlane (non-animated) comedy “Dads,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” military comedy “Enlisted” and kids’ cooking show “Junior Masterchef”

Kiefer Sutherland vehicle “Touch” is gone, “Cops” moves to Spike, and comedy “Goodwin Games” is canceled before it even airs.

But Sutherland fans shouldn’t fret: Jack Bauer is back with a 12-episode “24” miniseries, but that probably won’t happen until May.

“The Following” will be back, but not until midseason. Also in midseason are new dramas “Rake” and “Gang Related,” and a few more comedies, including a new animated one.

ABC announces its schedule Tuesday, followed by CBS on Wednesday and the CW on Thursday.

In other TV news, USA recently announced that “Burn Notice” will end after its seventh season, which airs starting June 6.

The must-see event of the week: “The Office” wraps up after nine seasons with a retrospective and supersized episode. Here are some other highlights for the week:

SUNDAY

A winner will be picked on “Survivor: Caramoan – Fans vs. Favorites” (8 p.m., CBS). Following is the traditional reunion special, where Jeff spends about a minute interviewing earlier rejects we’ve long since forgotten about, and the rest of the time talking to or about the final three.

Emily reconsiders her quest for vengeance on the second-season finale of “Revenge” (9 p.m., ABC) . The show lost me midway through this season, but maybe this two-hour episode will bring fans like me back in the fold. Rumor has it a major character will die.

MONDAY

It’s the eve of Barney and Robin’s wedding on the finale of “How I Met Your Mother” (8 p.m., CBS) , which will end for good next season. (The show, not the wedding.)

Max and Caroline have new hope for bringing back their cupcake business on “2 Broke Girls” (9 p.m., CBS) as the season concludes with a heavy helping of crude jokes. (Don’t need to have seen the episode to know that.)

TUESDAY

As other shows bid goodbye, “So You Think You Can Dance” (8 p.m., Fox) says hello. The 10th season kicks off with auditions. (Ten seasons? I’m always amazed how many seasons reality shows have under their belts…no wonder I’m feeling reality-show fatigued.)

Will Jess and Nick become an official couple? Will Cece go through with her wedding? Will Schmidt say something wildly inappropriate? Find out on the season-ender of “New Girl” (9 p.m., Fox). The finale of “The Mindy Project” follows, with Mindy deciding to go to Haiti.

“NCIS” (8 p.m., CBS) and “NCIS: L.A.” (9 p.m., CBS) also air their season closers.

WEDNESDAY

Other people vacation in Hawaii. Both Sam and Dean have spent summers in Hell and/or Purgatory. So it’s no wonder the brothers want to save the world (again) by permanently slamming shut the gates to Hell on the season finale of “Supernatural” (9 p.m., CW). I’m guessing Crowley will have something to say about that.

The original “CSI” (10 p.m., CBS) also finishes its 13th (!) season with a series of “Dante’s Inferno”-themed killings.

THURSDAY

The big news of the night, of course, is the end of NBC’s “The Office,” with a retrospective at 8 p.m., followed by the series finale. The show has been building to what will no doubt be an emotional climax, as Angela hit bottom and lost her cats, Dwight finally became manager, and Pam and Jim worked to save their marriage. It makes me eager to see what the show’s creators saved for the finale. We’ll miss you, Dunder Mifflin.

On the finale of ratings powerhouse “The Big Bang Theory” (8 p.m., CBS), Leonard is offered a job in another country. How will Penny and Sheldon react?

It’s graduation day on “The Vampire Diaries” (8 p.m., CW). I have a feeling the residents of Mystic Falls will have to deal with more pressing concerns than finding a good seat for the ceremony and picking up the cake.

In the two-hour season finale of “Elementary” (9 p.m., CBS), there’s an imperiled Joan, more Moriarity machinations and a surprise from Sherlock’s past.

On “Grey’s Anatomy” (9 p.m., ABC), the doctors must start to get nervous as it gets close to May… the show’s season finales always mean helicopter crashes, shooting rampages, and other larger-than-life situations. What’s tonight’s theme? A severe storm hits, and one doctor’s life is in danger. (Just one? “Grey’s” must be going soft.)

Then, “Scandal” (10 p.m., ABC) ends its sophomore season with a finale that promises to be, well, scandalous.

FRIDAY/SATURDAY

If you’re like me, you have shows clogging up your DVR. The weekend is a perfect time to play catch-up. Sometimes, I’ll set up a timer for a new show, uncertain if it’s any good or if it will last, and then suddenly I have a season’s worth to wade through. This practice helps me avoid duds (like “666 Park Avenue”), but sometimes, I’ll come thiiiis close to deleting something I’m really glad I didn’t. This week’s pick for show I’m glad I didn’t delete: “The Americans” on FX. The drama stars Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell as Russian spies living in the U.S. circa 1981. It’s been renewed for a second season, so it’s safe to catch up on season one.

SUNDAY

On the season finale of “The Good Wife” (9 p.m., CBS), everything comes to a head: the outcome of Peter’s gubernatorial run, Cary’s decision to start his own firm, and Alicia’s conflicted feelings for the two men in her life, Peter and Will. Hopefully, there’s enough closure to keep viewers contented until next season, but enough scandal to make us count the days till fall.

MONDAY

As “Bones” (8 p.m., Fox) concludes its eighth season, hacker/serial killer Christopher Pelant is back, and he may be targeting Booth.

Because you can’t escape it so why try, on “The Voice” (8 p.m., NBC), the knockout rounds begin.

“The Following” (10 p.m., Fix) concludes its first season with Joe getting some alone time with Claire. Creepy.

Cathy starts therapy on “The Big C: Hereafter” (10 p.m., Showtime) as the Laura Linney-helmed show kicks off its final four-episode run.

TUESDAY

A “special edition” of “20/20” (10 p.m., ABC) features an interview with Amanda Knox, who served four years for the murder of her roommate in Italy before the murder conviction was overturned. Then last month, that acquittal was tossed and a new trial was ordered. Sounds like she’ll have a lot to talk about.

Missing “Grimm” (10 p.m., NBC) on Fridays? That’s because it’s moved to a Tuesdays. Tonight, as if fairytale creatures weren’t strange enough, Nick investigates the possibility of alien Wesen. Juliette also remembers more about her relationship with Nick.

WEDNESDAY

Sandwiched between new episodes of “The Middle” and “Modern Family,” “Family Tools” (8:30 p.m., ABC) premieres. It’s a comedy starring Kyle Bornheimer as a son who returns to take over his father’s handyman business.

THURSDAY

It’s a super-sized “The Office” (8:30 p.m., NBC) , with Andy still fixated on becoming famous in the wake of the documentary’s success, and Jim returns to Scranton to work on his marriage with Pam.

Following, is the season finale of “Parks and Recreation” (9:30 p.m., NBC). Leslie celebrates her first year in office, and April gets some big news.

Meanwhile, Bob Newhart guest-stars on “The Big Bang Theory” (8 p.m., CBS)

Feeling more in the mood for drama? Well, “Scandal” (10 p.m., ABC) has plenty of that, as the team makes a surprising discovery during its investigation into the mole.

Speaking of investigations, on “Elementary” (10 p.m., CBS) Sherlock is once again on the hunt for nemesis Moriarity, who is linked to a series of recent killings.

FRIDAY

“Happy Endings” (8 p.m., ABC) finishes season three with back-to-back episodes. Watch while you can… odds that it will return for a fourth season aren’t looking favorable, despite positive buzz from critics and fans alike.

SUNDAY

Don’t let the “new” label on “Once Upon a Time” (8 p.m., ABC) fool you… it’s one of those “what’s happened up to this point” episodes. Still, if you’re a fan who’s missed a couple of episodes, or want to become a fan of this fairytale-themed serial, than it’s the perfect time to catch up on what’s been going on in Storybrooke.

“The Good Wife” (9 p.m., CBS) is one of the few shows I watch the night it airs, even if it means staying up until 1 a.m. to squeeze it in. So after a week off, I’m glad it’s back with a new episode. Tonight, Alicia’s rape case draws the attention of a hacker group, and Kalinda thinks new investigator Robyn isn’t all she’s supposed to be.

“The Borgias” (10 p.m., Showtime) returns for its third season of sex, betrayal and religion.

The Julia Louis-Dreyfus-helmed White House comedy “Veep” (10 p.m., HBO) also returns.

MONDAY

The love triangle heats up on “Revolution” (10 p.m., NBC) as Miles finds himself drawn to both Nora and Rachel. I find how much I enjoy an episode is directly proportional to how much screen time Elizabeth Mitchell’s Rachel and Giancarlo Esposito’s Neville get. So it bodes well that both characters have figured so prominently the second half of the season.

The juggernaut that is “The Voice” (8 p.m., NBC) continues to steamroll its competition as battle rounds kick off. While I’ve had reality-show fatigue for a while now, and was leery of a new season so close to the old one, I have to admit… I’m still enjoying the show, and the new judges, Shakira and Usher. (Just don’t replace Blake… then we’d have a problem.)

Is it a show or a video game? Actually, it’s both. New futuristic drama “Defiance” (6 p.m., Syfy) is set 30 years after an alien-human war.

TUESDAY

If you missed last week’s premiere of reality dating show “Ready for Love” (9 p.m., NBC), you can catch its second episode tonight. Wannabe lovers meet with matchmakers and compete for a shot at love… or at least, their 15 minutes of fame.

WEDNESDAY

“Suburgatory” (8 p.m., ABC) wraps up its sophomore season with back-to-back episodes. Tessa finds out George sold their house, which, as expected, doesn’t go well.

THURSDAY

New Directions practices for Regionals and Rachel auditions for “Funny Girl” on “Glee” (9 p.m., Fox).

If you’re a fan of “The Following,” there’s another “charismatic” serial killer drama for you, as “Hannibal” (10 p.m., NBC) airs its second episode. While Anthony Hopkins made the title character both compelling and repulsive in “Silence of the Lambs,” don’t expect the same from this prequel TV series. (Hence, the use of quotes for “charismatic.”)

I say you’re better off watching the two new episodes of “Parks and Recreation” (9 p.m., NBC) that air before it, as Jerry prepares to retire. (Leslie Knope and Hannibal Lecter… there’s an odd scheduling pairing.)

FRIDAY

Last week, Starz debuted original series “Da Vinci’s Demons” (10 p.m.), a thriller about, naturally, Leonardo Da Vinci. If you missed the first episode, you can catch it throughout the week before the second episode airs tonight. The pay channel also has the first episode available on its website… for now anyway.

SUNDAY

It’s back! As “Game of Thrones” (9 p.m., HBO) kicks off its third season, Daenerys continues her quest for a ship, and Jon Snow finally meets the legendary Mance Ryder. But my favorite part of the show: Peter Dinklage’s portrayal of Tyrion Lannister.

If you’re a fan of “The Voice” (7 p.m., NBC), you might want to clear some space on your DVR. The singing competition airs repeats of last week’s fourth-season premiere tonight, with new episodes at 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, for a total of six hours. Whew.

Alicia once again defends creepy killer Colin Sweeney on “The Good Wife” (9 p.m., CBS).

MONDAY

Murder followed Richard Castle on vacation, so why shouldn’t it also follow him to his home? In a plot that will be familiar to any Hitchcock fans (or, for that matter, those who’ve seen “Disturbia”), on “Castle” (10 p.m., ABC), the writer witnesses a killing while confined to his home with a broken leg.

TUESDAY

Two crime dramas whose futures seem a little shaky air new episodes tonight. On “Golden Boy” (10 p.m., CBS), bullets link a shooting to the death of McKenzie’s brother. On “Body of Proof” (10 p.m., ABC), Megan works with the new health commissioner following a couple of rabies fatalities.

WEDNESDAY

ABC’s comedies are all new tonight, culminating with the debut of “How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life)” (9:30 p.m.) starring Sarah Chalke as a single mom forced to move home with her freespirited parents.

Before “How to Live With Your Parents,” Frankie is saddened by a reality show’s finale on “The Middle” (8 p.m.); a “Dads of Chatswin” calendar has George fixated on his body on “Suburgatory” (8:30 p.m.); and the Dunphys get a glimpse of their future on “Modern Family” (9 p.m.).

THURSDAY

There’s a lot to laugh about as a bunch of new comedies air tonight. The guys compete for a tenured professorship on “The Big Bang Theory” (8 p.m., CBS); Jess and Nick go on a date on “New Girl” (9 p.m., Fox); and Leslie and Ben travel to his hometown on “Parks and Recreation” (8:30 p.m., NBC). There are also new episodes of “The Mindy Project” (9:30 p.m., Fox), “Community” (8 p.m., NBC), “The Office” (9 p.m., NBC) and “Go On” (9:30 p.m., NBC). And yes, I deliberately left off “Two and a Half Men” from the list, but if you’re a fan, it’s new, too.

Renewed shows include newsmagazines “48 Hours” and “60 Minutes”; reality shows “The Amazing Race,” “Survivor” and “Undercover Boss”; dramas “Blue Bloods,” “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” “Elementary,” “Hawaii Five-0,” “NCIS,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Person of Interest,” “The Good Wife” and “The Mentalist”; and comedies “2 Broke Girls,” “The Big Bang Theory,” “How I Met Your Mother” and “Mike & Molly.” The upcoming season of “How I Met Your Mother” will be the show’s last.

Absent from the list: “Two and a Half Men,” “CSI: NY,” “Vegas,” “Golden Boy” and “Rules of Engagement.” That doesn’t necessarily mean the shows are canceled, especially the inexplicably high rated “Two and a Half Men,” just that fans of those shows can’t breathe easy just yet.
