Finally. Cablevision and AMC have reached a deal with Dish Network.

As I’ve lamented over the past weeks, the ongoing lawsuit meant Dish subscribers (of which I’m one) had to miss last week’s premiere of “The Walking Dead.” “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad” fans, too, were left without access to AMC, which meant Dish subscribers had to download (and pay for) their favorite programs from iTunes or Amazon.

But a settlement was just announced, which means that Dish will again carry AMC, IFC, the Sundance Channel,  We tv and Fuse — starting today, just in time for the season’s second episode of “Walking Dead.”

This is me doing a happy dance. Or maybe, more appropriately, a zombie shuffle.
