Watch it

“Cougar Town” (9:30 p.m., ABC). Valentine’s Day comes early to the cul-de-sac, but Jules is bummed because Greyson won’t reveal his true feelings to her. Meanwhile, Ellie snubs the holiday. Enjoy this episode, because it’s the last one you’ll see for a couple of months. Matthew Perry’s “Mr. Sunshine” is taking over its spot starting next week. “Cougar Town” won’t be back until April 13.

“Top Chef All-Stars” (10 p.m., Bravo). The remaining cheftestants have to cook a three-course Italian meal. If Fabio can’t ace this, he’s toast. Lorraine Bracco is a guest judge because, well, she’s Italian.

Record it

“Human Target” (9 p.m., Fox). Chance works again with inept private eye Buster Bluth, and Ilsa’s first mission gets hairy.

“Ghost Hunters International” (9 p.m., Syfy). The team visits a haunted castle in Serbia. I’m not a big believer in ghosts, but I just might believe in Serbian ghosts. Those guys really know how to hold a grudge; I could see them defying death and hanging out a few hundred years out of spite.

“Face Off” (10 p.m., Syfy). The artists use body paint to transform naked models. Don’t worry, they blur out all the bits and pieces.

Skip it

“Bigfoot: The Definitive Guide” (9 p.m., History). An investigation into the Sasquatch legend, in which nothing will be settled definitively.
