The cast of the upcoming 18th season of “The Amazing Race” has been officially announced, and — no surprise — it’s exactly what was leaked back in November. Eleven teams (heavy on competitors from Season 14) who have competed before are back to complete their “unfinished business.” (For details and reaction to the teams, you can read my November blog post here.)
The new season starts Feb. 20 on CBS. Here’s a sneak peek. The desert starting point reminds me of the setting for the end of “Seven.” Hope the first task doesn’t involve opening a mysterious box.
