There’s no installment of the daily “Watch This” today, because there is absolutely nothing on today that’s worth watching. So instead I bring you this video, which is absolutely worth watching.

It’s a preview of IFC’s upcoming “Portlandia,” a satirical sketch comedy starring Fred Armisen (“Saturday Night Live”) and Carrie Brownstein (formerly of the super cool indie rock band Sleater-Kinney). The show, shot entirely in Portland, gives an absurdist twist to the uber-progressive city of slackers/hipsters where, as the song catchilly notes,  the dream of the ’90s is alive. The six-episode series premiers Jan. 21.

Check it out, it’s pretty awesome (especially if you’ve been to Portland recently):
