Watch it

“How the Grinch Stole Christmas” (8 p.m., ABC). The classic Dr. Seuss tale. It’s not Christmas without it.

“Raising Hope” (9 p.m., Fox). Jason Lee (“My Name Is Earl”) guest stars as Burt’s rock-star idol. Which is odd, because in the first episode a news broadcast in the background had a story about Earl and his good deeds. So I guess their universe has two Jason Lees.

“Sons of Anarchy” (10 p.m., FX). The 90-minute season finale. The gang has a lot of loose ends to tie up and jail sentences hanging over their heads. And there’s the tiny matter of the Russian mob, IRA and ATF. Something tells me things are going to get bloody.

Record it

“Glee” (8 p.m., Fox). The team heads to regionals, and John Stamos is back as Emma and Carl’s relationship heats up just as the kids’ relationships start to falter.

Skip it

“Running Wilde” (9:30 p.m., Fox). Back after a sweeps-month banishment, this show is not long for this world. I’m not going to bother watching, and the fact that it’s still not very funny makes that decision a whole lot easier.
