Watch it

“Survivor: Nicaragua” (8 p.m., CBS). It’s gotten a little more interesting now that the tribes have been shaken up. Tonight individual — not tribal — immunity is up for grabs. NaOnka wanted to go home last week; maybe tonight she can get her (and my) wish.

“Modern Family” (9 p.m. ABC). The Dunphy clan tries living without their cell phones and electronic gadgets, and Gloria obsesses over a noisy dog next door.

“Cougar Town” (9:30 p.m., ABC). Bobby says he doesn’t need alimony from Jules anymore, and Ellie shows off how she’s so much smarter than her friends.

“Terriers” (10 p.m., FX). Hank and Britt take on a case with a client who has amnesia and thinks he’s done something terrible. Uh oh.

Catch a score

Yankees vs. Rangers (1 p.m., TBS). Game 5 from New York, with the Rangers — shockingly — in position to clinch the series.

Giants vs. Phillies (4:30 p.m., Fox). Game 4 from McCovey Cove, it’s a battle of the “other” pitchers: Bumgarner vs. Blanton.

Record it

“America’s Next Top Model” (8 p.m., The CW). The models gear up for the Grammy Awards.

“MythBusters” (9 p.m., Discovery). Cold-feet myths are put to the test.

“Storm Chasers” (10 p.m., Discovery). The crews abandon their chase and switch to rescue mode after a tornado rips through Yazoo City, Miss.

“South Park” (10 p.m., Comedy Central). Stan and Mr. Mackey both have hoarding disorders. Mmm-K?

“Changing Lanes” (10 p.m., BET). It’s the season finale, and a winner will emerge from the final four racers. Has anyone been watching this? I’ve let it fall by the wayside, but it’s sounded pretty decent.

Skip it

“The Vanilla Ice Project” (11 and 11:30 p.m., HGTV). Somehow I missed the start of this series last week. Well, I shouldn’t say that, because I wouldn’t have watched it anyway. Here’s the gist of it: Vanilla Ice puts his handyman skills to the test and goes around South Florida renovating homes. It sounds too absurd to bother with. Here’s a hint: If you need work done on your house, hire a contractor, not a washed-up rapper.
