“Gossip Girl” (9 p.m., The CW). Season premiere. I know, I said I was done after last season, but . . . . they’re in Paris tonight. And they really filmed there. So sure, it’ll be totally stupid and overly melodramatic, but at least the background scenery will be cool.

Ravens vs. Jets (4 p.m., ESPN). Part 1 of a Monday Night Football doubleheader. The Jets were hugely entertaining in the training camp reality show “Hard Knocks.” Their play on the field was pretty terrible though. Let’s see if they can pull themselves together in a tough season opener.

Chargers vs. Chiefs (7:15 p.m., ESPN). Geez, how did the Chiefs end up with a Monday night game? This one shouldn’t be close.
