Watch it

“Wipeout” (8 p.m., ABC). It’s ladies night, with all female competitors.

“White Collar” (9 p.m., USA). Peter and Neal investigate a murder that may have been committed by a corporate rival. Doesn’t sounds very white collar-ey to me, but whatever.

“Covert Affairs” (10 p.m., USA). Annie encounters her mysteriously missing ex, Ben, while pursuing a case.

“Louie” (11 p.m., Comedy Central). Louie risks a lightning bolt by taking on religion.

Record it

“30 for 30” (9 p.m., ESPN2). “Little Big Men,” the story of the 1982 Kirkland, Wash., Little League team that won the first championship for the U.S. in many, many years.

“Warehouse 13” (9 p.m., Syfy). The gang heads to Russia to hunt down a murderer who’s taking revenge on Arte by using artifacts to kill.

“Chopped” (10 p.m., Food Network). Round 1 of the champions tournament, which pits former winners against each other for a $50,000 grand prize. Tonight’s ingredients include candy bars, potatoes and Rocky Mountain oysters.

Skip it

“Shaq vs.” (9 p.m., ABC). Shaq gets into a dance-off with Justin Bieber and a monologue-off with Jimmy Kimmel. This sounds like an embarrassment of a show.

“Rescue Me” (10 p.m., FX). Wow, it’s the season finale already? I stopped watching after the season premiere, and haven’t missed it. Life’s so much happier and upbeat that way.
