Watch it

“Rubicon” (9 p.m., AMC). Will suspects someone at API is involved in the conspiracy. Very astute, that Will.

“Mad Men” (10 p.m. AMC). Don and Pete ignore Roger’s wishes in an effort to land a client.

Record it

“The Great Food Truck Race” (9 p.m., Food Network.) I still haven’t seen the first episode, but I hear it’s surprisingly fun. Huh. Tonight the teams get to Santa Fe in the middle of a snowstorm. (Which kinda tells you how long this series has been sitting on the shelf.)

“True Blood” (9 p.m., HBO). Bill delivers another dire warning to Sookie, and Russell vows bloody revenge.

“My Boys” (10 p.m., TBS). Bobby considers a new career (wise, considering he’s a newspaper reporter) and Brando considers moving out.

“Delocated” (10 p.m., Cartoon Network). Season premiere. More hilarity in this stupidly funny “reality” show about a family in the witness protection program.

“Childrens Hospital” (10:30 p.m., Cartoon Network). Season premiere. A new season of sick and twistedness.

“Hung” (10 p.m., HBO) and “Entourage” (10:30 p.m., HBO). I’m still way behind on both. Sometimes I wonder if it’s even worth catching up.

“HGTV Design Star” (10 p.m., HGTV). Huh, I thought the finale was last week. Guess not. Tonight the winner is revealed.

Skip it

“Swamp People” (10 p.m., History). Series premiere. Remember the good ol’ days when History showed WWII highlights all day? Sigh. This is a new reality show about Cajuns and their funny accents and gator-hunting ways.
