“Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the NY Jets” (11:30 p.m., HBO). Another year behind the scenes of an NFL training camp. I forgot about the season premiere of this Wednesday. It’ll re-air tonight, and it’s supposed to be pretty good. I hear coach Rex Ryan has a mouth like a sailor (hey, it is HBO).
