Tony Robbins’ new show didn’t motivate many viewers to tune in, so starting next week, Santa Rosa’s own Guy Fieri will take over the 8 p.m. Tuesday timeslot with reruns of his “Minute to Win It” game show. (Though NBC-11 is showing the Giants game next Tuesday, so the change won’t be seen until start a week later for Bay Area viewers.)

“Breakthrough with Tony Robbins” only aired twice, and got a 0.7 rating this week. I’m no fan of “Minute to Win It,” but it’s gotta be better than what was basically a Robbins infomercial. Fieri’s a better motivator anyway — his “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” has gotten me to try a couple of surprisingly tasty eateries.
