Watch it

“Top Chef” (9 p.m., Bravo). Michelle Bernstein is the guest judge as the cheftestants have to create cold entrees. That shouldn’t be hard. Oh wait, it still has to taste good.

“Work of Art: The Next Great Artist” (10 p.m., Bravo). The artists have to create a kid-friendly piece based on their childhoods. Painter Tom Cotton guest-judges.

Record it

“Psych” (10 p.m., USA). Gus uses tap dancing to ease the stress while Shawn investigates a murder. Ehh, whatever, it’ll be lighthearted and fun.

“Chasing Mummies” (10 p.m., History). A team of archaeologists explores the Great Pyramid at Giza. Uh oh, we all knows what happens when you disturb a mummy’s tomb . . . .

“Man Shops Globe” (10 p.m., Sundance). Keith looks for cool stuff on Cyprus.

Catch a score

Giants vs. Dodgers (7 p.m., CSN-BA). The G-men go for a sweep. How sweet would that be? (Answer: Very.)

Skip it

“24 Hour Restaurant Battle” (10 p.m., Food Network). I watched Sunday’s “preview” episode and it was pretty lame. The teams appear set up to fail, and the editing was so terrible that the announcement of the winner made no sense, based on what we’d seen. Besides, it’s a complete ripoff of the annual “Restaurant Wars” challenge on “Top Chef,” which pulls it off so much better.
