“Wipeout” (8 p.m., ABC). More splats. What more needs to be said?

“Burn Notice” (9 p.m., USA). Sam and Jesse interrogate Kendra the contract killer, while Michael and Fiona go undercover to prevent an antiquities heist. And something will probably blow up.

“Boston Med” (10 p.m., ABC). A trauma surgeon tries to save a pregnant women who’s been shot in the chest, while a couple of residents take a night off.

Record it

“River Monsters” (9 p.m., Discovery). A great show if you want to be too afraid to ever go into the water again. Tonight they hunt a killer 8-foot-long Nile perch.

“Ace of Cakes” (10 p.m., Food Network). Only because Tina Fey makes an appearance for a special “30 Rock” cake.

“Futurama” (10 p.m., Comedy Central). The gang goes to Rome to unlock one of Da Vinci’s mysteries. I’m just not used to watching this as a real show. I’ll catch a rerun sometime.

“Penn & Teller: Bull—-” (10 p.m., Showtime). A group of UFO hunters tries to infiltrate Area 51.

Just for kicks

“Mother May I Sleep With Danger?” (9 p.m., Lifetime). Sure it’s awful, but I just had to include this Tori Spelling classic, and the winner of the cheesiest made-for-TV-movie title of all time.
