“Top Chef” (9 p.m., Bravo). First, the cheftestants have to make baby food for Padma’s kid, then they team up to make room-service breakfasts. Both sound pretty lame. Alumni Bryan Voltaggio, Mike Isabella and Spike Mendelsohn also make appearances.

“The Colbert Report” (11:30 p.m., Comedy Central). Steve Carrell is the guest. Can we have a new installment of “Stephen vs. Stephen” “Even Stephen”?

Germany vs. Spain (11:30 a.m., ESPN). Awesome matchup. Spain’s a fun team to watch, but I dare say the Germans have been even more fun this tournament. Plus, they flop less.
