“Wipeout” (8 p.m., ABC). Hey, another episode. Better than nothing.

“Burn Notice” (9 p.m., USA). Michael helps protect a medical clinic from drug dealers. I kinda wish they’d ease off these clients of the week, which are always pretty lame, and focus a little more on the big-picture intrigue.

“Boston Med” (10 p.m., ABC). More real-life medical drama. But well-done.

Record it

“Futurama” (10 and 10:30 p.m., Comedy Central). Two more new episodes. I watched last week’s episodes and remembered I never used to watch the first-run episodes. It’s more of a show that’s better at 2 a.m. on a Wednesday than on prime time.

Skip it

“Rookie Blue” (9 p.m., ABC). “Southland” it ain’t.
