“Top Gear” (8 p.m. BBC America). In a special 100-minute episode, the guys are dropped into the Bolivian rain forest and have to drive their way out, to the coast.

“Damages” (10 p.m., FX). It’s the season (and probably series) finale. Soooo much to wrap up, and they’ll have 90 minutes to do it.

“How I Met Your Mother” (8 p.m., CBS). Ted attends his mom’s wedding, and makes an impulsive decision. You know what that means: Ted-centric episode = boring.

“No Reservations” (7 p.m., Travel). Ugh, another non-travel episode. Tonight Tony and friends discuss sexy foods. Did the show get its budget cut? What’s up with all these filler interview episodes?

“Dhani Tackles the Globe” (8 p.m., Travel). Season premiere. The NFL linebacker is back to try sports in foreign countries. Tonight he tries cycling in Italy.

“Romantically Challenged” (9:30 p.m., ABC). Series premiere. Alyssa Milano stars in this new romantic comedy series that looks neither romantic nor comedic. Actually, it looks pretty awful, like one big cliche.
