Watch it

“Lost” (9 p.m., ABC). It’s a Richard-centric episode, so hopefully we’ll get some idea of why he doesn’t age, and what Jacob’s deal is. This could be good. The season’s about half over, so it’s getting to the time when they’d better start answering questions rather than posing new ones. Heads-up to those who record “Lost” manually — tonight’s episode runs 6 minutes long.

“Justified” (10 p.m., FX). Raylan tracks down a bank robber who escaped from prison, and visits Boyd, who has transformed from a neo-Nazi to a born-again Christian. Um . . . .yeah.

Record it

“Parenthood” (10 p.m., NBC). Haddie’s dating some unknown boy and Jabbar has an accident. Family drama ensues.

“Southland” (10 p.m., TNT). The cops scour Compton after a USC student is murdered.

Skip it

“V: The Arrival” (10:06 p.m., ABC). Hey, remember this show? Nah, me neither. But if you’re determined to jump back on the bandwagon, this is a recap of the fall episodes. I’m not going to bother.
