NCAA Tournament (9 a.m., CBS). These are the two greatest days of the sporting year, jam-packed with college basketball. Who cares if you’ve never heard of some of these teams, by the end of a close game where an underdog No. 13 seed is playing out of its mind and pushing a powerhouse 4-seed to the brink, your heart will be racing and you’ll feel like an alum. Games will continue until about 9 p.m., so tune in whenever you can and catch the action. Of local interest, Saint Mary’s tips off against Richmond around noon.

“The Office” (9 p.m., NBC). The company’s new “sales is king” policy has the office thinking they’re in “Glengarry Glen Ross.” Well, without the f-bombs.

“30 Rock” (9:30 p.m., NBC). Liz and Wesley try to defy fate and not date, while Jack aims to keep his job amid a corporate takeover.

“Archer” (10 p.m., FX). The season finale comes far too soon. Archer finds clues to the identity of his father, which leads to an inevitable clash with Mallory.

“Parks and Recreation” (8 p.m., NBC). Jerry gets mugged by some kids (which sounds hilarious in itself) and Leslie must force a weaselly park ranger (“SNL’s” Andy Samberg) to improve security.

“Afghan Star” (9 p.m., HBO). A new documentary examining an “American Idol”-like show in Afghanistan, which is hugely popular but runs afoul with the Taliban and Islamic militants who view music as sinful and punishable by death. Sounds heavy but super interesting.

“Marriage Ref” (10 p.m., NBC). Wow, what a fall from the A-list panel of the past couple weeks. Tonight: Martha Stewart, Cedric the Entertainer and Jason Alexander.

“FlashForward” (8 p.m., ABC). Wow, remember this show? I barely do. Way to kill its momentum, ABC. Mehh, I had stopped watching anyway.
