“No Reservations” (7 p.m., Travel Channel). Tony takes a chilly trip to Manchuria, where the cuisine is influenced by Korean and Russian. Huh, interesting.

“Chuck” (8 p.m., NBC). Casey gets thrown in prison for treason (long story) and Chuck and Sarah have to bust him out. And Awesome’s plans to run away with Ellie run into trouble when she’s offered a prestigious fellowship.

“Gossip Girl” (9 p.m., The CW). Rufus and Lily are concerned that Jenny is dating an international playboy/drug dealer. But I’ll bet they still refuse to talk about Lily’s ex-husband, because they’re even more immature than Jenny. Also, Chuck discovers some things about his maybe-mother.

“Damages” (10 p.m., FX). Carol Tobin goes missing. Uh oh. And — woo hoo! — Frobisher is back, launching a new foundation.
