“Wild Russia” (8 and 9 p.m., Animal Planet). Looking for a cool nature documentary? Look no further. This is a super cool series, especially in HD. The first episode deals with wildlife in the Caucasus, the second is set in Siberia.

“Top Gear” (8 p.m., BBC America). It’s a four-hour marathon of the coolest car series on the planet. Sure, they’re reruns, but it’s still better than pretty much anything else on tonight.

Monday Night Football (5:30 p.m., ESPN). Eagles vs. Redskins. Ugh. So we have a team who got shut down by the lowly Raiders (the Eagles) against a team that has lost to previously winless teams three times this season (the Redskins). I’ll say it again: Ugh.
